Denver is a 19th century city thriving in the 21st century. The oldest homes in Denver were constructed between 1880 and 1910. Two post-war booms added housing in the 1920’s and 1950’s. Track homes in the 1970’s added more stock. But with those variances in ages, most of Denver’s single family housing was built between 50 and 150 years ago.
